How much is the U.S. cable industry in aggregate spending to promote
video-on-demand (VOD) as a service?  This would include spending on
print ad buys, billboards, tv commercials, etc. etc.  The $ numbers for
2004, 2005 and 2006estimated would be great.  A breakout by cable
operator (Time Warner, Comcast, etc.) would be a plus.
