I am looking for statistics on small, individual real estate investors.
I am defining a small investor as an individual with less than
$2,000,000 in total real estate equity, 2 or more properties,
commercial or residential property

Information to include the following:

  1) An estimate of the total number of small real estate investors both 
     nationally and worldwide
  2) Average size of investments as measured by market value
  3) Average number of properties and types of properties
  4) Demographics of investors
