I am looking for some of the worlds best award winning ambient
advertising campaigns or promotional stunts. I am looking for new
innovative ways companies have used to launch and promote their brands &
products.

* If they can be specific to the retail clothing industry, that would be great. 
* Please provide case studies or examples press coverage for the idea
as how the below companies have done.

Well now, the best advertizing is not (overtly) paid for
- Fcuk - obscenity has been done to death - so we can forget that

The retail industry is pretty vertically integrated, and I think that
you want to establish a Brand - not a concept that can be cloned.

Well, I would go for something politically in-correct, Roo-Hide
springs to mind, with a little subtlety you could get Disney to sue
you over pastiches of Shepherd's drawings.

Pity I can't see your sites, but using AX Controls is disgusting, and
www.cunningstunts.co.uk is advertizing your IP's vendor.
