How can I place a title lien on a vehicle in Florida?  The owner is
willing to give their consent.  I paid off a previous loan for this
individual and need to put a lien on their car to ensure repayment. 
The vehicle is completely paid off and has a clear title.  Would
prefer not to get a lawyer involved.
