I am in the process of planning a number of eCommerce websites and I
would like to add functionality such as;
- images to be uploaded/downloaded to/from mobile phones
- textable GUI (with backend database) which allows the user to search
for various "Text Services" such as voting, rating, requests, comments
etc

How to I go about setting up such a service in Ireland and how do I
obtain the best revenue (in your opinion) from such a venture?
