corporation'' in respect to Quebec Financial Institions for tax
purposes. Does it include insurance brokers ?

Your question is not quite clear as it is presently stated.  As a
former insurance man, I would guess that you are attempting to
determine you you would be treated for tax purposes.  Am I right in
assuming that you are a broker who is either personally incorporated,
or a part of an incorporated partnership?  Is the tax issue your
primary focus?
