I want to know how much California (or So. California) apartment
buildings have appreciated over the last few years vs. single-family
homes. In other words, we've been in a huge real estate explosion the
last few years. We all know that housing prices have gone thru the
roof (no pun intended). But, at what rate have apartment buildings
appreciated during that period? Ideally, I want a few years of data.
