At time of settlement, Can an EEO Federal settlement Judge in
Baltimore MAryland order an annuity settlement federally funded or
privately purchased annuity by fed'agency which is being accused of
harrassment,abuse and retailiation to settle future potential monetary
loss for a disability case where the complaintant was rendered
permently disabled due to disability discrimination (on 4 counts) and
is no longer able to work at all ?? Seeking difference
