Hi there cin-ga!
You asked for symptoms of tongue cancer. I have been able to find the
following information for you:
Tongue cancer begins as a small lump or thick white patch. Over time
this lump turns into an ulcer that has a firm, raised rim and a
delicate center that bleeds easily.
These are the initial symptoms. The site goes on to say that if it is
not treated and the tumour grows large enough, the tongue can become
rigid and immobile, eventually hindering swallowing and breathing.
If the disease remains untreated, you may also experience: stiff and
rigid tongue muscles; pain (in later stages); bad breath; difficulty
with saliva; difficulty in eating, speaking, or swallowing

Now a disclaimer: this advice is not meant to act as or replace
medical advice. It is general information only and should be treated
as such. If you have any concerns about your health, a trip to the
doctor would be strongly recommended.
Treatments for oral cancer:
Surgical excision (removal) of the tumor is usually recommended.
Radiation therapy and chemotherapy may be used either before or after
surgery depending on the size of the tumor. Rehabilitation may include
speech therapy or other therapy to improve movement, chewing,
swallowing, and speech
