I am trying to develop a concept pitch document/prospectus for a new
retail clothing concept.

The documents/prospectus usually includes (concept overview, estimate
financials/ROI and or snap shot of the market place). I am looking for
samples documents/site like www.guestinvest.com, but related to the
apparrel industry.

I am interested in how they graphically presented the document, and
the financials of the offer.

Brands that i am interested in (but not limited to) are
urbanoutfitter, Camper, Diesel, Gstar, Miss Sixty, Hollister, Volcom,
Miss Self Fridges, Royalelastics

Thanks in advance.

Miss Self Fridges ??? Gurgle hits zero, and guess why?

Look for : 'Fridge' in here
http://www.newbusiness.co.uk/cgi-bin/newsdesk.pl?criteria=article&id=2131

It is an own brand of a retail chain owned by Philip Green

'Royalelastics' is another new one to me, and to Gurgle.

Major retailers like to create and own their own Brand names
- they 'knock off' designer kit and create their own fake 'designers'

A concept pitch? This sounds a little more detailed than a concept
pitch. Are you seeking venture funding for this?
