What stocks made up the Russell 1000 & 2000 indexes for the years 1999 to
present (show index constitution by year)?  The indexes are
reconstituted once a year.

I have been able to find additions and deletions news items but I'm
looking for a comprehensive list of the stocks that made up the index
for each of the years 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 individually.

I would like the data to be in machine readable format, so it can be
parsed easily (pdf files would not be desirable).
