What percentage of orthopedic surgeons are
primarily arthroscopists/sports med docs and do > ~200 cases a year vs.
those that are "generalists" with much lower case volumes?

What percentage of orthopedic arthroscopists have a
financial interest in a surgicenter?

Please give specific (as much as possible) numbers plus the
percentages.  Also how many practicing orthopedic arthroscopists are
there total.
