We need to find someone who can "appraise" an asbestos case so as to
file an estate tax return. By establishing a basis of value for a set
of asbestos settlements, this estate tax return will be used to
evaluate how much estate tax will need to be paid once settlements
come in and are disbursed to the adult children of the deceased who
are also his sole heirs.
