I am looking for the complete lyrics and english translation of a
ghazal by Sufi Ghulam Mustafa Tabassum which goes as:
"tere bazm me aane se ae saaqi, chamake maiqadaa, jaam-e-sharaab chamake"
this has been sung by mehdi hasan as a "Heer".

This is what I could make out after listening the ghazal several
times. This far from accurate. But I thought it might help you a
little bit. Here it goes,

teri bazm mein e saakhi, chamke mai-kada, jam-e-sharaab chamke
zarrah-zarrah nazar aaye maah pak, gosaah-gosaah nisle(?) aaftaab

meri jaan yeh shaan, subhan-allah. tera husn zer-e-nakab chamke
jaisa shamma pighle ho ..., jaise baag me maahtaab chamke.

mai-khwaar saare udas baithen, suni badi hai tere ba-gair mehfil
tu jo aaye to saagar-... chamke, tu pilaye to gum-e-saraab chamke

laaye taab itne chasm-e-sog(?) kyu kar, dekhe kaun si be-nakab jalwe
jiske hue ...-e-..., badhke julf se kahi nakaab chamke.

aaftaab - sun
maah - moon
maahtaab - moonlight
zarrah - particle
gossah - corner
maikhwaar - drinker
zer-e-nakab - under 'nakab'
sog - lamentation, mourning (but here it dosn't make much sense)
