For Microsoft SMS 2003, it has a feature called "Elevated rights
Windows Installer Service."
According to MS official doc, it states like this:
?Because SMS 2003 supports the Windows Installer service (.msi), it is
able to switch user account contexts during a package installation
allowing for self-healing application installation on ?locked-down?
systems. ?

What exactly does this mean? Does this mean that it allows all
installation continue even we switched the user account context?
