I would like to find sources that provide me with the appreciation of
resedential property and/or apartment complexes in the Pensecola Area
of Florida and also Broward County...but more importantly Pensacola..

I would like this information on a year by year basis going back to
about the mid to late 80's if not fursther but to at least the early
90's
