Hi forwardcontroler3-ga,

I assume you are using Microsoft Outlook. This is a common problem
that happens either through upgrading from Office 97/2000 to Office
XP/2003. The feature was removed in the new versions. Instead now, you
select which account you wish to choose from the button that says
'Account' next to the 'Send' button.

Hope this helps,

Tools > Options > Mail Delivery Tab > Reconfigure Mail Support button.
Select either "Internet Only" Or "Corporate or Workgroup" (i forgot
which one). One gives you the option you're looking for. The other
requires you to do it the way hopeihelp-ga suggests.

If you are using Gmail, you can go into the settings and change it to
reply to the email address that received the email

Under out look express>options>tools> I do not have a tab labeled
"mail delivery" or a "reconfugure mail support button.
