I'm trying to build an overview of the resources (online and offline,
free or fee) that are available to help people use the web more
effectively; for info search, product and service research,
communications, etc. I want to see what's available for different
users; those who have never been online, beginners, others who want to
improve and become more efficient, etc. I'd also be interested to see
how these offerings are broken down demographically, (e.g. for baby
boomers, seniors) and if there are offers specific to students,
independent and/or small business professionals, corporations, etc.
