I am trying to find the whereabouts of Simas Kudirka, the Lithuanian
seaman who attempted to defect from his Soviet fishing trawler to a
U.S. Coast Guard vessel off the coast of Massachusetts in late
November 1970. Any help in finding a current address -- even a
country, state or city -- would be of use.
