I am looking for extensive statistics on ALL forms of online
advertising including ALL forms, including email marketing and
pop-ups, worldwide, not limited to US.
I need to know how much money is being spent yearly, who are the major
players in each industry, what is the market percentage for each form
of marketing (PPC is 20%? for example), and forecasting statistics for
the future.

The more extensive and detailed you are are with your answer, the better.
