c-suite executives are indeed required.
Knowing this, can I just include the name of the CMO and the C-Suite

I have viewed the files and it seems that this will be a more daunting
task than the one we had the first time around.
Please take note that you have priced the first one as significantly
higher than this project.
I am releasing the lock on this one in the meantime since another
researcher maybe interested in answering the question or may have a
better and faster way to get the answer.

Hi again Ragah-ga.
I am now trying to find the necessary info for this project. But it
seems that due to the volume of companies I would like to request a
change in some of the work process.
Just so as you can picture it, here is how I work.
Process 1:
a.)I go to each of the websites of the companies you have on the list
then I look for the following:
i.) c-suite executives
ii.) cmos
iii.) address and other contact info
b.) The biggest problem is with the cmos since not all companies
provide marketing executives on their websites. If this is the case, I
will look for them and search on Google individually. This is the most
time consuming process.
I was able to do it for your first question (I completed it in two
days) since the volume of companies isn't that great at that time but
this one listing almost 400 entries is really quite tough.
It seems that the practicality of the process of letter (b) is really
not there and tough as it stands now.

Knowing this would you be amendable to the process of:
Process 2:
a.) I look at the company websites for c-suite and cmo executives.
b.) If they are not there I will just note that CMO Executive
information isn't available.
Would Process 2 be ok with you?

In the management pages of the companies, I am only gettung the most
important positions like CEO, President but I always get the CFO and
CMO if possible.
I cannot get everything since again it will take too much time. Is
this practice ok with you?

Hi!
Based on experience CMOs are much more harder to find on Hoovers free
web based database.
Another difficulty that seems looming here is that CMOs are much
harder to find in these coompanies than in our previous project.
For example, I have done 8 preliminary companies and can only get 2
companies with CMO information.
Knowing this, do I just hunt for CMOs or do I continue with including
the C-Suite. My suggestion is that we continue with "Process 2" of
this project since I still have to go to the company page and we are
not sure if we can find CMOs even if we dig for each and everyone
using a search engine.
What is your take?

UPDATE:
I have again resumed looking for CMOs and CFOs in search engines when
they can't be found in the company website. I just what to give you as
much inofo as I can find as possible. However, it really takes a lot
of time so please forgive me for some delay. I'm trying my best to
complete this one.
I have reached up to Henkel Corporation for the CPGList.

Hi!
I have now completed work until up to Wyeth. So I can say I have made
significant strides at the moment and can be considered as already a
partial answer.
Google Answers discourages researchers to submit partial answers so I
will have to follow that rule.
The work I have done is similar to our first project with now
providing C-Suite and CMO executives. If possible addresses are based
in the US and many of them are so far. If CMO and CFO excutives cannot
be found, they are noted and indicated in different colors as per your
request in the past.
This is the longest and most work extensive project I have done so far
here so I apologize for the delay. I do hope we can stick with the
past requirements since going back to every company is going to be so
tough at this point.
I hope that I can finish it in 2-3 more days. I will update you again
if there will be more delays.
I do hope you understand my situation.

Hi there - Thanks again for all your effort. The list seem pretty
good. I just have one request. Some of the Executives on the list
are worldwide rather than residing in US. You have included the US
office address but the Execs are not of the US based subsidiary or
company. They are Execs of the Worldwide parent company. I have
highlighted these names in yellow in all the files - Pharma, Hi-tech
and CPG. I haven't gone through all the highlighted ones but only a
few and found this out. Can you verify that the execs are US based?
I only need the US Execs names and contacts. If you can provide these
that would be great. If you are unable to find out the US Execs
contacts than please just flag these in different colour (maybe leave
them highlighted in yellow) so its easy for me to identify.

Yes I know this concern. Since I have carefully selected only the US
based websites and addresses, I also selected only the US based
executives. If I cannot find those in the US, this is only the time I
go to the executives of the mother country.
So I have already took that into consideration before providing the
answer. I did not notify you anymore since I thought we both assume
that if I cannot find the US address, I just leave the international
ones out there. This was actually one of the corrections we made in
our earlier projects.
Anyway, I apologize for not notifying you again or for not clearing
that up with this work.

execs based in Japan and same for the other international companies.
Especially in the hi-tech list.

Most of the markings you have made are already correct.
Just as I said, I have already taken into consideration the cases of
US addresses and executives whenever they are from a different country
of origin. In case they have US operations and US high-level
executives, I also mentioned that. If there is no mention then those
names are not from the US.
Still I tried to re-check the files. These are the files where I made
