I just saw your note and will spend some time today to see if I can
locate some resources for either question.  However, I'm very busy
with other work at the moment and probably won't be able to do them
justice as full Google Answer, so hopefully one of my colleagues will
be able to flesh out a quality answer.

So far i have not had any luck with my two questions. I dont suppose
now that you hve time to have a look ? thanks and hope you can help.
