I need to find a Minority (Preferably African American) owned
telecommunications company that does/sets up Satellite Video
Conferencing.  A few options would be nice.  basically the company
needs to have the resources to set up a large scale satellite video
conference.

Based on my preliminary searches and calls, I think it will help to
know where you're located, and a little more info on the scale and
details of the system you need (ie, are you looking to buy/lease
equipment for a large company, or find a service provider for an
existing system, would you rule out companies that offer what you need
as part of a larger package of services, etc...)

We are looking for a service provider, not to lease any equipmemt.
The company will need to be able to set up a Satellite Video
Conference broadcasted to most of the south and southwest agricultural
regions of the united states.  The main broadcast will be from
Washington D.C. where we are located.
