Hi Mark,

I contacted the author of "Construction Contracts and Disputes in the
United Arab Emirates", Michael Grose, on where this book is available
for purchase.

He informed me that the book is not published and therefore not
available to the public. It is more of a guide for clients than a
textbook or anything like that.  However, he is willing to send you a
copy of the book.
