Hello.

I am trying to find out the number of transactions that get "settled"
outside of the for-sale section of Craigslist on a daily basis in New
York City. I have been able to locate that there are around 6,000
for-sale posts a day on newyork.craigslist but I want to know how many
of those item's transactions are actually getting completed.

Also, it would be helpful to know the average value of the item in
question of each of these transactions.

Thanks.
