Question ID: 446520
Trying to find an online photograph of New Orleans that I can print
out at home at 4 x 6 inches.

As I understand it, the image must be 1-2 mb (or greater) for the
print resolution to work.

This is for non-commercial use. It will be printed as a Christmas
gift to give to my wife for a trip I'm planning to New Orleans.

I would love to find one for free, or pay just a little bit.

Here's a high resolution photograph of the New Orleans Superdome with
the City of New Orleans in the background that you can download:

Here's a similar shot taken at night:

The terms say these can be used freely to promote or advertise the
City of New Orleans, and well, that seem to be what you are doing.

How's that for an answer?

The photo of New Orleans is preferably one of "old" New Orleans ...
Bourbon Street , etc. I'd prefer not to use a "modern" photo
(skyscraper office building).

That same source is NEW ORLEANS ONLINE. They have a high resolution
image gallery that anyone can apparently use for promoting or
advertising New Orleans. There are indeed other photos including
Bourbon Street and other areas within the French Quarter. Sign up for
the site and let me know if you find what you are after.

Alternatively they will send you the collection of images on a CD

Now, How's that? Is that better as an answer?
