How do relocation companies make money. Specifically, I'm trying to
figure out why a relocation company (let's say Company A) would buy a
house from a seller (employee of the company hired by Company A) for
$300,000, for example, and then sell it for $290,00? My theory is that
they would rather just get the inventory off their books and the money
they make from the client negates the loss.
