Yahoo does make historical pricing available. You'd probably have to write a small program to extract the data from it and import it into a database. You may have a hard time finding pure data available for free, sinces it can be expensive for these companies to access this information. If you're willing to pay, Reuters Kobra (i think that's the name) can be used directly from Excel. What a life saver when we are working on big finance projects at 2:00AM in B-School. |
