I am looking for multiple listings of Online TEFL/ TESOL courses that meet the
following criteria.

The course...
- is accredited/recognized by the US Department of Education.
- is recognized internationally-- meaning that international
universities (such as a university in China) recognize the course and
hire people who have taken the course (obtained a certificate).
- offers 100+ Online course hours. 

Please list more than 2 courses if you can find them and do not list
http://www.bridgelinguatec.com/ as one of the findings. Included in
the answer please list the accrediting bodies you have found and if
needed the accrediting bodies of the accrediting bodies (example-
Bridgelinguatec.com offers an Online TEFL course which is accredited
by ACCET. ACCET in turn is recognized by the US Department of
Education.)

Yes, I've seen that one. Its i-to-i and accredited by ODLQC, SQMS,
Investor in People, Year Out Group, and The Duke of Edinburgh. Just
from the descriptions of these five organizations it seems it is only
accredited with UK standards.
