I would like to get a list of the following C-Suite executives in the
Fortune 1000. I have an .xls spreadsheet with the companies. Also, I
noticed that some work on this has already been done for chief
marketing officers that could be used as a basis:

Executive mailing lists are routinely sold for anywhere from
$.50-$1.00 per contact. Your request for 16,000 executives (16 at
each of 1000 companies) would run into the many thousands of dollars
at a commercial mailing house.
I'd be quite surprised if a researcher here can provide the
information for $200 (but then again, I've been surprised before!).
Just wanted to offer my two cents, here...

But please take note that based on experience, not all of the
positions you listed will be available. Plus the positions are named
differently among other companies so that should be considered as
well.

It would also be good if you can already upload the companies you have
so we can take a look at it.
Here is the process on how I will work so you will have an idea.
a.)I go to each of the websites of the companies you have on the list
then I look for the following:
i.) c-suite executives
ii.) address and other contact info (Mostly these will only be general
contact info like headquarters or main phone numbers since obviously,
such executives will be very wary of their privacy)

One of my colleages found the lists that I was looking for...with one
exception. As such, this project will be limited to a single title in
the Fortune 1000. Chief Compliance & Ethics Officer...and relevant
variations (e.g., chief ethics and compliance officer, chief
compliance officer, chief ethics officer, etc.). I will upload the
.xls shortly. Do you have a suggested public space?

OK. A skeleton file for the Fortune 500 is available on a public download site.
You will notice that I have most of the columns we are looking for
except columns B,C and D. I am looking for anyone with the titles of:
- chief compliance officer
- compliance officer
- ethics officer
- chief compliance and ethics officer
- chief ethics and compliance officer
... you get the idea :)

Yes I get the idea for the requirements. One problem with this is that
based on experience some companies do not post the people making up
every department of their companies.
Would it be ok with you if I just take note of the companies who don't
have info as regards their ethics and compliance officers?

The current project I have is taking a lot longer than expected to
