You have a couple of options. 1 - You could use a program like snag-it http://www.techsmith.com/snagit.asp. this would allow you the same capabilities as the program you are currently using. 2 - You could use a function built into Windows. You hold down the shift button while hitting the Prnt Scrn button (usually at the top of your keyboard). This will copy your entire screen to the clipboard which you could then paste into word and crop or into paint - or any other image editing program you have. Hope this helps!! |

DT -- You can do this simply by just using CTRL-P (CTRL key and P, pressed simultaneously) in most Windows operating systems. However, if you want to capture an image of the screen and save it, many programs will do it. I routinely use Paint Shop Pro because of its simplicity for this task. You can download a trial version: http://www.corel.com/servlet/Satellite?pagename=Corel3/Products/Display&pfid=1047024307383 Best regards, Omnivorous-GA |
