I am volunteering in Africa at the end of this year.  My flight is
from Mel to Jo'burg and then i have to get myself from Jo'burg Sth
Africa to Nairobi Kenya.  My flight leaves from Nariobi Kenya.  My
question is... how do i get from Jo'burg - Kenya passing through these
places.

FIRST STOP - PHALABORA SOUTH AFRICA (I can get here)
SECOND - NDOLA ZAMBIA
THIRD - KAMPALA UGANDA
FORTH - NAIROBI KENYA
I am looking for cheapest but still safe transport.  Train is best. 
Bus is fine - if safe and plane is fine if cheap enough.  Thanks

It would be great to recieve info on all but the main one is from
Phalaborwa (or Jo'burg) to Zambia to Uganda
