Our company has an autobiographical work by an early 20th Century
European author for sale through Amazon, but being based in a small
and distant foreign country, we cannot "launch" the book on the English
language market like an established publisher.  We have good key
words, a preface by a popular current US author, and interesting
"elements".  My question is how can we use paid advertising or
generate publicity/reviews most time and cost effectively to get a lot
of potential
buyers to have a look at our book on Amazon? A good answer
should include a selection of specific places to send copies,
advertise or send press releases.
