I am a big fan of weather & weather news. I would like to know where
I can get good information/forecasting and accurate data from a
website. Also, weather pictures would be great. I frequently visit
Weather.com (useless website) and Accuweather.com (somewhat decent)
but overall I am unsatisfied with these sites. Please let me know
what you can. Thanks. And feel free to ask clarication questions if
necessary.

The Weather Underground site is one of my favorites for
weather-related data, information, history, images, and so on.

Have a look:

Is this the sort of site you're looking for?

A great place for detailed international and specialized weather is
the NOAA site, especially if you're prepared to deal with TIFF and
other image files:

You also might try UCAR:

A suggested Google search strategy:
university weather research

If you are in the US, your taxes pay for the National Weather
Service's website, so you might as well use it. I find that it is
more comprehensive than most of the commercial ones. It can be a
little confusing to navigate, but there's a lot there to explore.
