Question ID: 446972
Background: US citizen, emigrating to Australia. Very familiar with
US investing and personal finance (stock investing, mutual fund
investing, options trading, US taxes on investments).

I'm looking for recommendations for books that:
1) describe Australian personal finance (possibly contrasting it with
US personal finance?),
2) Describe Australian stock market investing, including historical returns,
3) Describe the Australian personal tax system (maybe as it relates to investing)

Thanks,
J.

Since I haven't gotten any "bites" on my question yet, I'm upping the
payment to $10. Anyone want to take a stab at it?

Thanks,
J.

Jolly good question. Hope you are aiming to prepare some good
financial "self help" etc book for Aussies, because what is available
now is purely US related and not all that much use once I buy them.
