Question ID: 446980
Can I subdivide an existing 2 acre lot with a single home into two
lots in Fairfax County Virginia? I would like to take the two acre
lot and divide it so that I can build an additional residence,
essentially in the back yard of the existing residence. Is this
possible? Is this a nonstarter?
