I would like a alphabetical list of all the online poker rooms that
exist.  I want poker rooms, and not casino's.  It is essential to try
and locate the names of "ALL" of the online poker rooms.

Also, I would like a list of "ALL" the Poker Professionals, and Semi
Pro poker players. (Also in alphabetical order).

I see that you are new here.  Researchers (blue names, who can post an
"answer") will generally shy away from questions insisting on "all" of
anything since this is almost impossible to verify.
Similarly, identification of poker professionals and especially of
poker semiprofessionals defies definition.

Perhaps you can scale down your request in a clarification.

By asking this question, did it ever dawn on you that you are a
gambling addict? I saw that you were this right when i was that you
are willing to give 25 dollars for a question about gambling. As much
as i don't want to interfere with your life, i just don't want to see
another "sucker" blow all his money on gambling. What I think you
should do is delete this question and think hard about your gambling
addiction.
