I am looking for average price, in the US, per unit weight over the
past five years, for eastern wild mollusks/oysters, as well as for the
following crops:
Beet greens, Watercress, Bok Choi, Mint, Brazil nuts, and Pumpkin.

Also, I am interested if the price is available for a given quality. I
am primirily concerned with the produce-grade price. The feed-grade
crops can lead to the average price seem artificially low.

Looking for wholesale prices, not grocery store prices.

I have found the price for Bok Choi and Brazil nuts (though quality
not specified). Still unsure of beet greens, watercress, mint,
pumpkin, and easter wild mollusks/oysters.
