I've a solid oversea connection with a reputable filter manufacturer.
I know the proper process of marketing/selling the filter would be to
do shows, approach part distributors/chain stores, and/or give away
the filters to establish word of mouth. I am a salesman already with
a successful service business(focusing on qualtiy before quantity)
catering to high-end car dealerships. I understand that filter is
more a commonity business, but I would like to know what would be the
potential of marketing car filters(I can create a niche or two) on tv
infomercial? What is the approximate cost?

I know I can always go the traditional route(the 'proper process' i
mentioned), but I would have to face some entrenched goliath
competitions(Wix, Purolator, and Fram) and their closely knit
distributors.
