Hello bebailey-ga,

Although I am unable to confirm it at the moment, because the page is
not loading completely, I believe that this portrait may be from the
Smithsonian Institution National Portrait Gallery.

I am posting this information as a comment rather than an answer
because I am not able to confirm that it is correct.
