Surely you mean 'tactical management' ? 'In the long run we are all dead' Actually, I would recommend locating all managers with the word 'strategic' in their title and re-locating them (with a pay increase) to the outer Hebrides - far cheaper than paying them redundancy To be honest, you need a few people guiding the boat, the rest are just serfs. |
