I need a list of as many URLs as you can find of the following:

1. Email discussion lists that are on topics related to small business and business

2. Web bulletin boards on topics related to small business and business

An example of a web bulletin board is at http://www.invisionboard.com/

An email discussion list is a forum where people exchange information by email

Deliverables would be an Excel sheet with name/title, type (board or
discussion list) and URL.

I need as many as you can find in an hour or two or searching,
preferably large ones.

I understand you are looking for discussion boards and email
discussion list addresses but are you saying the answer needs to be
given to you in an Excel Spreadsheet format?
