A friend told me about a email newsletter site that keep track of news
about common presription medications. I cannot remember the name but
it was something like Medtrack or Medtracker or Drugalert.

the site offered medication-specific newletters. The site you found is
not dedicated to any one drug per newsletter. medtrackeralert or
medtrack_alerts
I know they have a newsletter for Nexium and for Lipitor.
