Weakest link in a chain means enhanced security risk to us western
consumers paying new world prices.  Think of N*ke shoes--made in
third-world.  Top dollar for us.  Can we be sure that labor standards
are adhered to?  Now think of info security or medical x-rays or ....

What if it was Saudi Arabia and they wanted to diversify their economy
and employ their youth in high-tech careers like Information Security?
