What would a British Army major wear at home (upper middle class
family) for formal "dinner dress"? Secondly, what would he wear for
funeral mourning? Era is 1900-1905. I am wondering if a uniform is
appropriate for either or both occasions. If so, what would that
uniform look like? What details would be necessary to indicate
mourning?
