Mr. Donald Roach Hilliard died in New York a few years ago. He left a
will. Where can I see it?

He died in NYC in May 2001. He left a trust on behalf of Don Pedro
Guevara. I need to know the terms on the trust.

You need to know the city/state where he died so that you can know
which county courthouse to look at to find the will.  The Social
Security Death Index shows a DONALD R. HILLIARD who died in New York
City, NY in May 2001 at age 77 (born in 1924).  IF we assume that this
is the person you were referring to, you can contact the New York
City/County Surrogate's Court at (212) 374-8232 or contact them by
e-mail:  nycsurr@courts.state.ny.us to inquire if Mr. Hilliard has a
probate file.  There will probably be a modest search fee and copy fee
to get the documents by mail.
