available"  and  on that  webpage  it is written that  we  or 
kilpatrick  and  Hart  Inc. company  have  "correspondent 
relationship"  with private  investment  banking  firm, I  want  to 
know  that  what  is  the  "meaning"  of  that ??

This means they are not licensed to business nationwide, however they
have relationships with brokers in other states.  They refer persons
to these brokers to work with, most likely they get a referral fee for
it.
