Is this the article you're looking for?

http://www3.interscience.wiley.com/cgi-bin/abstract/106572351/ABSTRACT

If so, you can get it in PDF format at this site. Unfortunately it
looks like it's going to cost you some money.

bill4436,
Explanation of cited reference is as follows:

*Ang.Chem.Int. (Angewandte Chemie International, a publication with
fully anglicised name of ?The Journal Angewandte Chemie International
Edition. Related ISSN is 0570-0833 (Library of Congress)).
*Engl (assumed to mean Edition in English)
*1962 (year of publication)
*l (assumed to mean Volume 1, article was Volume 1, Issue 11)
*599 (page number)(Commenter note: page numbers are in numeric order
despite issue number).
*On Xenon difluoride production using an induction coil discharge
Correct title is ?Fluorination of Xenon? by Prof. Dr. R Hoppe, Dr. W
Dahne, Dr. H Mattauch & Dipl- Chem. K Rodder of the
Anorganisch-Chemisches Instit der Universitat Munster/Westfalen
(Germany).

You may care to access the article via a number of sources being:
-Immediate access by registering (subscription service) with Wiley
InterScience here:
http://www3.interscience.wiley.com/cgi-bin/register/form
article of interest is here:
http://doi.wiley.com/10.1002/anie.196205992
-Local Library should be able to source copy of publication (probably
via central library service).
-University Chemistry Department (likely to have online access already
established) (Commenter note- File size of article indicates that it
is only several pages long, so photocopy of original publication
should not infringe copyright).

Lastly while in this case it wasn?t able to assist ?google scholar? is
an excellent reference source for materials such as your article
request (Commenter note: submit article authors names with comma in
between each surname; shows 3 or so other article written around the
same time by the same people that are available by instant download).
