I am using yaHOO MAIL can not forward insert address to my address
book to send to more than one person i can send manually worked with
verizon clearned up network stayed good for one day can you help me

Do you have a keyboard without punctuation?

One does not usually forward email to an address book. So, are you
trying to forward a message to multiple recipients? -- Use commas. Or
distribution lists/mail groups.
