I'm looking for a list of the top home buyer "hot buttons". These can
be concerns, fears, or desires. Basically, what are the top 10 most
important things to someone buying a home. I need these to help me
develop marketing pieces to attract home buyers, as I am a real estate
agent.

I've looked online pretty extensively and can't find a good list. As
an example of what I'm looking for, here are the top home SELLER
concerns:
1. Getting a high enough sales price
2. Closing on time to meet relocation deadline date
3. Physical chore of boxing and moving everything
4. Inspection revealing need for costly repair
etc....

The top desires a home SELLER has for his Realtor are..
1. Find a buyer for the home
2. Sell the home within a specific time frame
3. Price the home
4. Assist with negotiations and dealings with buyers
etc....

I'd like a list of the 5 top concerns/fears and a list of the 5 top
desires. Please cite your sources. Thanks!

ad to request for information to lead contact that you are trying to
acheive.

What area/state are you located in?
